Spring Groove
Spring Groove is a native New Yorker and former Broadway performer, known for her work in Bye Bye Birdie, Grease, Saturday Night Fever, and her own Off-Broadway show, Spring Alive. An internationally touring and recording artist, she has released 12 original CDs available on all digital platforms and is a proud voting member of the GRAMMY® Committee.
While living in Bologna, Italy, Spring became one of Europe’s most beloved buskers, performing regularly in the city’s cobblestone piazzas and headlining at the largest street music festivals. It was there that she discovered the profound healing power of communal singing, which led her to tour globally as a leading Bhakti artist in the yoga and wellness festival circuit.
Now based in Los Angeles, Spring Groove is a Music & Yoga Therapist and Certified Sound Healer. She is the visionary founder of Y.U.M.M.Y. Time® Wellness—Your Ultimate Music Meditation Yoga Time—an award-winning Healing Arts program designed for independent living, assisted living, palliative, and hospice care. Through Y.U.M.M.Y. Time, she integrates music, meditation, and movement to create transformative experiences for people at all stages of life.
Spring holds a BFA from The Boston Conservatory and a Yoga Training Certification from Sivananda Vedanta. She is an ongoing Mantra Meditation student of Deepak Chopra and a Kabbalah student of David Ghiyam. Her signature Bhakti Blast and Sing Yourself Alive workshops have opened hearts and empowered voices in over 20 countries.
With a lifelong mission to unite people through music and mindfulness, Spring Groove finds her greatest joy is delivering musical medicine and peace of mind.
